About the Conference::
The ReStart Career Conference is a free educational conference for individuals seeking career transition or a new career direction. Participants are taught Professional career identification, transition and networking tools and a supportive community as they seek fulfilling work toward a life on purpose.
Participants Will Learn:
- The gifts they possess and where best to deploy them;
- How to Process Change such as job change or loss;
- How to Pursue Fulfilling Life Work That Fits into a greater Life Purpose;
- Resume Writing Techniques;
- How to confidently approach professional interactions, such as Including Interviews; and,
- How to network with others for professional success.
This day-long event will be comprised of large group sessions and smaller workshops, with workshop leaders who are Human Resource professionals, former CEOs from the local community, and consultants with a broad range of experience and skills.
Following the conference, participants will have the opportunity to connect with others in career transition in their geographic area, in a structured and confidential environment. These smaller community groups are also facilitated by Restart Leadership.
Participants will be able to benefit from job leads, groups support, networking opportunities, and continued study/application of the conference skills and topics.
